Yoga

Yoga stimulates the connection between body and mind by through executing dynamic and powerful yoga moves. Through the practice of different postures and breathing techniques, we can develop strength, flexibility and a better posture. The lesson ends with pleasant meditative relaxation. This gives a positive effect on your mind and inner self.

The classes are based on Power Yoga. Each week the same exercises come back, complemented by new postures and variations. The postures (asanas) can be adapted to your physical level and experience. There are two levels. In Easy Flow Yoga, we learn the basics and the postures are executed at a moderate tempo. This is a good place to start for beginners.  Further down the road we then can choose the Power Yoga class which is executed at a  quicker pace and difficulty. 

 

You will need comfortable athletic clothing and please bring a mat with you. If you do not have a mat, you can use mats in the studio. You are encouraged to purchase a high-quality anti-slip AKO Yoga mat which is extremely durable and is much more hygienic at an economical price which will last you for years to come. This way you can also practice at home at your own leisure. These mats can be purchased in our shop.
